Ilyushin Il-86 package for FS2004

Custom key assignments:

- ground level passenger doors
- upper passenger doors
- cargo doors
- landing lights deploy
- APU intake

to switch on the langing lights, first deploy them (tailhook).

The package includes a paintkit in Adobe Photoshop (TM) format. All the repaints are welcome.
For the moment, there is no decent Il-86 panel, so we used a default one.
